Sport Equine is a successful family run training operation featuring sport and pleasure horses of all breeds and types. At Sport Equine you will be pleased to find high quality reasonably priced horses that match their descriptions. There are no disappointing surprises and we take meticulous care in matching horse/rider suitability because our main objective is not to sell you a horse. Our main objective is to provide you with outstanding candidates from which you will hopefully find an equine partner ideally suited to meeting your needs.
All of the horses available at Sport Equine are in full professional combined or cross training that focuses on classical dressage as the foundation and way of life. Debbie strongly believes that every horse regardless of breed, type or riding discipline can benefit dramatically from this form of gymnasticisng and strength training that produces a beautiful, supple and obedient partner for any task. At SE, horses are not sour or bored with their work because of the well rounded training approach. All horses receive the benefits of cross training variety in beautiful wide open spaces that are free of arena fencing or monotony. They aren't sheltered from distractions and things that can spook them. But are carefully desensitized and exposed to stimuli to make them brave, mentally focused and non reactive. This exposure is a huge advantage for show, performance and trail horses that owners intent to take out of the arena or backyard. Please be aware that the horses are often placed before they reach website ads or even the sales page so it's best to inquire regularly when you are actively looking. Most horses sell within a couple weeks of ads posting, please keep that in mind to avoid the disappointment of lost opportunities.

Trailer-in/day use $15 day use haul in fee for each horse/rider combination. Overnight accomodations and lessons available by reservation.

Arenas One very large, open arena with newly resurfaced premium quality clean sand and crumbled rubber. This arena maintains ideal footing regardless of rain and weather, has lights and sound system. We also have a full and short dressage courts, parameter track, large lighted round pen, stadium and cross country jumping courses for all levels. Arenas are watered and groomed daily. Footing and safety is #1.

From North of Fresno 99 south to 180 east toward national parks take 168 east toward Clovis to Temperance exit, turn right onto Temperance and left on Herndon (first signal light) travel 6 miles on Herndon to Academy turn right to Bullard (first left turn) 3/4 mile on the left 13616 E Bullard Ave. Pass the house to the paved driveway at the end of the cross country course, turn left to the first drive left again to the parking area.
